Overview
This proposal seeks to ensure that the existing fee currencies on Celo continue to function seamlessly after the L2 transition. It also sets the contracts that need to get blocked during the epoch transition.
This proposal is meant to be executed before a transition to an L2.
Proposal Description
This proposal does not change behavior of the chain, but rather assures that the current behavior keeps working as intended after the L2 transition. The newer version of the contracts support having different intrinsic gas for each gas currency, however, it will be set up for 50000 wei, the same number they have on Celo Mainnet today.
